The Triglyceride Property Calculator (TPC) uses various empirical models to predict melting enthalpy and temperature for triacylglycerides (TAGS) of various molecular compositions and melting properties specified by the user. It has a batch processor for uploading requests for several TAGs at the time as well as a basic SFC predictor assuming ideal mixing.
The TPC was developed by the Marangoni Research Lab at the University of Guelph.
