AOCS/NOPA Certified Labs

The National Oilseed Processors Association (NOPA) is a national trade association which represents the U.S. soybean, canola, flaxseed, safflower seed and sunflower seed crushing industries. NOPA's member companies process more than 1.8 billion bushels of oilseeds annually at 63 plants located in 19 states throughout the USA, accounting for approximately 95% of all soybeans processed.

In partnership with NOPA, AOCS certifies labs demonstrating exceptional competence in unground soybean meal analysis, setting the bar for excellence in global oilseed trade.

Through this partnership, NOPA provides leadership through education, information, and market-based solutions to policymakers, trade negotiators and others. AOCS ensures the certified labs show competency and skill to provide referee analysis of soybean meal according to NOPA trading rules.
