Item Details
Trypsin is an enzyme that is essential to protein digestion. Trypsin inhibitors found in legumes and vegetables can inhibit the digestion of protein. This LPP series is a vehicle for labs to test their capability in detecting levels of trypsin inhibitor in different grain, seeds, meals, and beans.
The Trypsin Inhibitor Activity in Soybeans and Pulses series contains eight (8) routine samples (samples 01 through 08).
