International Symposium on Lipid Science and Health & AOCS China Section Joint Conference

Sustainable Lipids and Proteins Empowered by Innovative Quality Production

The International Symposium on Lipid Science and Health (ISLSH) was initiated by Oil Crops Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2016. Since then, seven ISLSH have been successfully organized. The American Oil Chemists’ Society China Section (CNAOCS) was established in April 2016. Since then, four biennial CNAOCS conferences have been successfully held. AOCS has a mission of advancing the science and technology of oils, fats, proteins, and related materials and enriching the lives of people everywhere. Both the ISLSH and the CNAOCS biennial conference share the common mission by promoting information exchange, cooperation and partnership between China and global lipids (fats and oils) and related industries, building a platform for international exchange and cooperation, and ensuring high standards, superior quality, safety and value-added applications of lipids (fats and oils), proteins, and related materials.

The 8^th International Symposium on Lipid Science and Health & the 5^th CNAOCS conference will be jointly held on November 7-10, 2025, in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China.
