All presenters are required to register for the Soybean 360 symposium by November 27, 2020. Registration is free and includes access to all presentations, live question and answer sessions and panel discussions.

Presenter and Moderator Preparation
The symposium will be held online from 8-11 a.m. CST (Chicago, USA; UTC-6) on November 30, December 1–4 and December 7–11.
Each session will be composed of three oral presentations – each with a 10-minute question and answer session immediately following. Oral presentations can either be live or pre-recorded. If you choose to record your presentation, you will need to provide it for the virtual meeting.
A 30-minute panel discussion with that day’s speakers, moderated by the Session Chairpersons, will conclude the session.

All presentations and supporting materials will be shared during the Soybean 360 symposium from November 30–December 11, 2020. After December 11, 2020, abstracts and presentations will be added to the permanent meeting record on aocs.org.
Tools & Templates
Presentation visuals should be created using Microsoft PowerPoint and set to a 16:9 slide ratio. For your convenience, a PowerPoint template as well as Zoom backgrounds for the symposium are provided below. Speakers are not required to use the template.
In addition, we've created social media graphics and an email signature image you can use to spread the word that you are presenting at the Soybean 360 symposium.
