The conference program aims to present the latest science and industry updates relating to edible oil and ingredient supply, biotechnology, manufacture of fat-based products, oil analysis, latest developments with omega-3 oils, dairy lipids and other activities that support the industry. Furthermore, planned workshops led by international experts are in development to occur prior to the conference (planned topics include commercial oil processing and analytical applications).

The conference dinner will be held on Tuesday 11th November in the ‘Coral Room’ at the Sea Life Melbourne Aquarium. Tables will surround a large fish tank which takes pride and place in the centre of the room. We anticipate this will be a popular event, attracting guest speakers, conference attendees and traveling partners. There will be an opportunity for sole sponsorship of this exciting event.
