AOCS 0707-B16 was prepared from soybean genomic DNA extracted from clean A2704-12 leaves provided by BASF Agricultural Solutions. Each 0707-B16 sample is available in sterile, 0.5 ml skirted, screw-cap, self-sealing tubes. Samples are stored at 4°C.
Sample Amount: approximately 10 µg of gDNA
Gross Weight: approximately 2.0 grams
Intended Use: as a quality control material or a calibrant in methods for the detection, identification, and/or quantification of biotechnology-derived events.
