AOCS 0306-F9 was prepared from canola genomic DNA extracted from clean Ms8 canola leaves provided by BASF Agricultural Solutions Seed US LLC. Ms8 contains the bar and barnase genes to confer glufosinate herbicide tolerance and male sterility.
AOCS 0306-F9 is available in sterile, 0.5 ml skirted, screw-cap, self-sealing tubes containing approximately 10 µg extracted DNA.
This product is intended for use as quality control material or a calibrant in methods for the detection, identification, and/or quantification of biotechnology-derived events.
