AOCS 1116-A was prepared from canola genomic DNA extracted from clean Ms11 canola leaves by BASF Agricultural Solutions Seed US LLC. Ms11 contains the bar and barnase genes to confer glufosinate herbicide tolerance and male sterility.
AOCS 1116-A is available in sterile, 0.5 ml skirted, screw-cap, self-sealing tubes containing approximately 10 µg extracted DNA.
This product is intended for use as quality control material or a calibrant in methods for the detection, identification, and/or quantification of biotechnology-derived events.
