AOCS 0711-C3 was prepared from canola genomic DNA extracted from clean Rf2 canola leaves by BASF Agricultural Solutions Seed US LLC. The RF2 event contains the bar, barstar, and nptⅡ genes to confer glufosinate herbicide tolerance, fertility restoration, and antibiotic resistance.
AOCS 0711-C3 is available in sterile, 0.5 ml skirted, screw-cap, self-sealing tubes containing approximately 10 µg extracted DNA.
This product is intended for use as quality control material or a calibrant in methods for the detection, identification, and/or quantification of biotechnology-derived events.
