AOCS 0809-B2 was prepared from clean MON87769 soybean seed provided by Bayer CropScience. Each 0809-B2 sample is flushed with N2, enclosed in a 27-mL glass headspace vial, and capped with a 20mm stopper and a tear-off aluminum seal. Samples are stored at ambient temperatures.
