AOCS 0304-B3 was prepared from clean GT73/RT73 canola seed provided by Bayer CropScience. Each 0304-B3 sample is flushed with N2, enclosed in a 27-mL glass headspace vial, and capped with a 20mm stopper and a tear-off aluminum seal. Samples are stored at ambient temperatures.
