The Supelco/Nicholas Pelick-AOCS Research Award is sponsored by Supelco, Inc., a Division of Sigma-Aldrich, and Nicholas Pelick, past president of AOCS.

Eligibility

  • Candidate must have published technical papers of high quality
  • Preference given to individuals who are actively associated with research and have made influential discoveries in their fields

2013 Recipient

Nissim GartiNissim Garti, Professor, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel is an internationally recognized lipid scientist who has made numerous and important contributions to our understanding of fats, oils, and lipids.
