Thin-Layer Chromatography Confirmation of Aflatoxins

DEFINITION
This method identifies aflatoxins B₁ and G₁ by formation of the derivatives B_2a and G_2a on TLC plates (see References, 1).

SCOPE
Applicable to solutions suitable for TLC of cereal grains, cottonseed, and peanuts, and their products.
