AOCS Foundation
The AOCS Foundation is a federally tax-exempt not-for-profit charitable corporation established in 1986.

With your support of the AOCS Foundation you help AOCS in developing new products and services as well as the support of the student programs.
AOCS Foundation recently funded the development and launch of the new Sustainable Food Proteins journal, an international, open-access journal dedicated to publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed original research articles, reviews, and opinion pieces that support the development and consumption of sustainably derived protein foods.
Previously Foundation support was instrumental in the development of inform|connect. inform|connect is a global community where you can share ideas, access information, and find solutions for those involved in the fats, oils, surfactants, proteins and related materials.
