From digitalization of household life to changes in what consumers expect of our product formulations, delegates learned new ways to prepare business plans and models for the future challenges of the industry,” noted Thomas Müller-Kirschbaum, Conference Chairperson.

The conference gathered more than 400 international executives and decision-makers, representing 33 countries and 156 companies, who influence the future of the fabric and home care industry.

Attendees learned about perspectives on technology, products and business trends of the global fabric and home care industry and beyond, from a lineup of distinguished speakers representing, Oxiteno, McKinsey & Company, Kao Corporation The Procter & Gamble Company, Unilever, Novozymes and a host of others.

The program featured 23 oral presentations and the exhibition highlighted 21 companies from across the globe.
