Aflatoxins in Peanuts and Peanut Products, HPLC Fluorescence Method
DEFINITION
This method quantitatively determines aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, and G2 under the conditions of the test (see References, 1).
SCOPE
Applicable to corn, raw peanuts, and peanut butter with concentrations =10 µg/kg (ppb).
