HOME > MEMBERSHIP > SECTIONS > EUROPE > ![]() Nutrition, Applications and Technology Phospholipid Seminar Organized by Øresund Food Network (ØFN) in co-operation with European section of the AOCS, the Nutrition, Applications and Technology Phospholipid Seminar will be held at the premises of ØFN in Copenhagen. The seminar will be organized into three sessions: Nutritional aspects – with particular focus on sphingolipids and omega-3 phospholipids in nutrition Applications – in food and pharma with particular focus on physic o-chemical functional properties of PL Technological aspects – with particular focus on processing and modification on PL In addition, market trends and consumer preferences will be discussed. The meeting will be a mix of invited and non-invited presentations and will also include a poster session. The seminar will offer unique opportunities for researchers in academia, industry and governmental bodies to present and discuss important aspects related to nutrition, applications and processing of phospholipids. The scientific program is currently being developed. A call for presentations will be announced early May 2008.
