Dr. Kåre Larsson, 2007 Food Structure And Functionality Division Achievement Awardee

Dr. Kåre Larsson of the Camurus Lipid Research Foundation in Sweden was the recipient of the FSFF Division Achievement Award for 2007. His achievements were acknowledged at the FSFF Division Luncheon held on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 in Québec City. Dr. Larsson was presented with a crystal plaque and a certificate to recognize his outstanding performance and meritorious contributions to the area of Food Structure and Functionality by advancing food emulsion research. He shared some of his expertise at the luncheon with a presentation entitled "On Some X-ray Structure Studies of Polar Food Lipids." Congratulations to Dr. Larsson from the Food Structure and Functionality division for this well-deserved achievement.
