EAT members might be interested in a pre-meeting short course being held at the upcoming IFT Annual Meeting and Expo in Chicago (July 28-August 1st). The session on New Generation Oils will include presentations by scientists and industry experts, including several AOCS EAT Division members. The emphasis will be the availability, performance, functionality and nutrient content of health oils.
