New Board Members
by John MassingillOur Division board consists of a chairperson, a vice chairperson, secretary/treasurer, and two members-at-large. These are elected for two-year terms, and the terms of the current board members end this spring. New elections will therefore be held in the coming months.
It has been our tradition that the vice chairperson be the nominee-designate for the chairperson position. All division members are welcomed and encouraged to nominate additional individuals for these board positions—especially for the secretary/treasurer or the member-at-large positions.
Please send your nominations to me at jlm@grandecom.net by March 7. In mid-March division members will receive information from the AOCS on voting for the 2008-2010 Industrial Oil Products Division Board.
