AOCS Annual Meeting May 13-16 in Québec City
This year's Annual Meeting offers Processing Division members a robust technical program and three networking events.

The technical program is online, including oral presentations and poster presentations. Updates and other conference information can be found at the official Annual Meeting webpage.

Be sure to register by April 13, 2007, to receive the early registration fees. Click here for registration information.

Remember to sign up for the Processing Division Luncheon when registering for the meeting. The luncheon will be Tuesday, May 15, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Barb Isman of the Canola Council of Canada will be the Luncheon speaker. Her presentation is entitled "Canola - Meeting the Challenge of Supplying the World's Growing Demand for Vegetable Oil."

Other Processing networking events include the Roundtable Discussion Monday, May 14, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the Board Meeting Sunday, May 13, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
