AOCS Annual Meeting May 13-16 in Québec City
This year's Annual Meeting offers Protein and Co-Products Division members a robust technical program and three networking events.

The technical program is online, including oral presentations and poster presentations. Updates and other conference information can be found at the official Annual Meeting webpage.

Be sure to register by April 13, 2007, to receive the early registration fees. Click here for registration information.

Remember to sign up for the Protein and Co-Products / Edible Applications Technology Dinner when registering for the meeting. The dinner will be Tuesday, May 15, from 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. The speaker will be J.K. Daun from Agri-Analytical Consulting, presenting on "Fuzzy Canola."

Other Protein and Co-Products networking events include the Roundtable Discussion Tuesday, May 15, from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m., and the Board Meeting Sunday, May 13, from 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.
