AOCS Annual Meeting

The FS &FF technical program is online, including oral presentations and poster presentations. Check the Annual Meeting webpage for updates and other information.

Be sure to register by April 13, 2007, to receive the early registration fees. Click here for registration.

Remember to sign up for the FS &FF Division Luncheon when registering for the meeting. The luncheon will be Tuesday, May 15, from 12:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. Other Food Structure and Functionality Forum networking events include the Roundtable Discussion immediately following the luncheon, and the Board Meeting Sunday, May 13, from 1:00 p.m.-2:30 p.m.

AOCS Honored Student Ibrahim Gulseren of The Pennsylvania State University, USA, will be presenting within the technical program.
