Thank you to those who attended the Short Course on Soyfoods: Processing, Technology, and Utilization which immediately preceded the IV Brazilian Soybean Congress in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. This event attracted over 100 delegates who had interest in learning and discussing the latest developments in starting a soybean processing business or in expanding the soybean market.
Attending this event was a unique opportunity for professionals of the food area, engineers, chemists, researchers, professors, students, managers, and organizations interested in starting a soybean processing business or in expanding the soybean market. The program involved soybean processing, including new technologies, quality aspects, and different utilization forms for products and supplements.
The course registration fee included complimentary attendance to the IV Brazilian Soybean Congress (www.cnpso.embrapa.br/cbsoja). All participants received an official Certificate of Completion issued jointly by the University of Illinois, Embrapa Soybean, and AOCS.
