Exhibit Service Kit

The Exhibition Style—An Upgraded Tabletop Display
An upgraded tabletop display is a 3m wide x 2m deep area with no walls. This display area will include one display table (dimensions: 1.9 m long x 45 cm wide x 73 cm tall, clothed in dark blue) and 2 chairs. No other furniture can be ordered. An upgraded tabletop display requires that the exhibitor only use the top of the table to display materials, with the exception of placing a backdrop display or floor-standing banners behind or to the sides (if room) of the tabletop display. With exception of the banners or backdrop, the exhibitor cannot place anything on the floor or adhere anything to the walls. The exhibition will be held in the Upper Hall of the Hilton Convention Centre.

GeoLogistics Expo Services, Inc. is the designated shipping and customs agent for the World Conference. Please review the information below. Following these instructions will make sure the materials for your display arrive on time for the Exhibition. DEADLINE DATE: Your goods must be ready for pick-up on 25 July 2006.

Do not send your materials directly to the Hilton Istanbul . The Hilton Istanbul will not accept any responsibility for any problems with shipping or customs.

Shipping Instructions (.pdf file)
Please review the shipping instructions carefully to insure your materials make it to and from the World Conference in a timely manner. Included in the shipping instructions are a sample of a commercial invoice (required for shipping), Insurance Agreement (optional), Quotation Request Form (must be completed to schedule shipping), Credit Card Authorization Form (required), and an example of a shipping label.

This form is a template for you to properly complete the required commercial invoice.

Customs Power of Attorney (.doc file)
A Customs Power of Attorney is mandatory. It allows GeoLogistics Expo and Türksped to act as your agent in processing export and import documents. Please “cut and paste” the appropriate language from the word document onto your company’s letterhead stationery, then sign and date it.

Shipping Label (.doc file)
To enable quick identification and handling of your cargo, all boxes must have a shipping label on 2 exterior sides.

Please complete this form in the appropriate language.

Registration for World Conference on Oilseed and Vegetable Oil Utilization
Everyone that is working at a booth or attending the technical sessions must have a name badge. So please remember to register in advance to avoid long lines onsite. Click on the registration link in the left column.

Every exhibiting company is allotted a certain number of complimentary registrations. An e-mail was sent to each company’s contact person in early June with that number. If you do not have that information, please contact the Exhibits Specialist, connieh@aocs.org, for the details.
