One of the company's main assets and keys to success is its constant commitment to investing into the research and development of new technologies. Services or Products Description:

PATTYN PACKING LINES designs and manufactures complete packing lines and individual packing machines generally used in five different sectors of industry:

1.Semi-liquids: shortening, margarine, specialty fats, fondant, paste, cacao butter, butter oil, frying fats, lard and tallow, boxed fats in general.
2.Powders & granulates: chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, bread improvers, yeast and enzymes, powders and granulates in general.
3. All round: frozen foods, components, caps & closures, dry & snack food and tuble weighfilled products in general.
4. Frozen bread: par-baked, pre-proofed or raw baguettes, ciabattas (1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6) and similars.
5.Tobacco: tobacco products to be packed into C-48 and C-90 cases.

For each of these sectors, Pattyn offers a complete range of packaging machines:

  • Case erectors

  • Bagmaker-inserters

  • Weighfillers, counting and ranging units, dosers, fillers

  • Bag decuffer folding or sealing machines

  • Case closers

Our vast experience has resulted in a range of extremely reliable, user-friendly and accurate packaging and weighfilling machines designed for the semi-liquids market.

Pattyn fills and packages semi-liquids into industrial packaging with weights ranging from 5 to 30 kgrs. Our packing lines allow for a wide variety of product recipients. Pattyn pioneered the famous "bag-in-box" or case lining system where a polyethylene bag is placed inside a carton and then filled. But other packaging such as tins, pails or drums can also be handled by our systems. The most recent concept which our company introduced is the "cartonless" packing of semi-liquids. This entails the product being filled directly into a bag, without the use of a carton.

All products are designed, engineered and assembled within our factory which gives us total control on their quality.
