Services include PSM program development, PHA facilitation, process operability / efficiency study, and plant design. Products include Buhler preparation / meal or hull sizing / pelleting equipment, Tecnal extruders and expanders, Aviteq vibrating feeders, NHM positive displacement feeders for cracking & flaking mills, NHM fluidbeds for small press plants and B+B Engineering for oil refining.
Corporate History and Milestones:
NHM was established in 1951 by Mr. Hunt Moore and remained in the Moore family until purchased by Rich Barton on August 31, 2001. During its initial ownership NHM introduced many new technologies to the oilseed processing industry including mineral oil systems, front-end dehulling and hot dehulling. Since 2001, NHM has continued to offer innovative solutions such as "zero" effluent waste water systems, fluidbed drying and dehulling for soybean full press plants and skid-mounted oil refineries.
