In 1980, the American Soybean Association (ASA) and the American Oil Chemists' Society (AOCS) jointly published the Handbook of Soy Oil Processing and Utilization. This new Practical Handbook of Soybean Processing and Utilization is intended to provide a single source of practical information on the subject to an international audience. It is designed not only to revise and update the content of the original Handbook on soy oil but also to expand the content to include all soybean products.
