  Mindy M. Cain, Meetings Specialist, works with volunteer leaders on conferences and short courses to develop conference programming, organize conference logistics, and oversee on-site meeting management.

Prior to joining AOCS, Cain worked in hotel management as a Director of Sales for Jumer Hotels, Inc., and as Sales Manager at the Hotel Pere Marquette, Peoria, Illinois, managing promotion and convention sales activities.

Cain attended Western Illinois University, Macomb, Illinois, in the Fine Arts curriculum, from 1978-1980.
