Lydic is the Development Manager for the AOCS Foundation, a position she has held since 2002. Lydic also serves as the Assistant to the AOCS Executive Vice President (since 2000). Previously, Lydic served as an Administrative Assistant in the AOCS Membership department from 1998-2000. Prior to joining AOCS, Lydic worked as an Executive Assistant, Human Resources Administrator, and Project Manager for a local transportation firm. Lydic earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Pre-Law from Valparaiso University and a Certificate in Fundraising Management from DePaul University. Lydic is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
