Archer Daniels Midland Award 

The prestigious Archer Daniels Midland Award recognizes outstanding papers that report original research in Chemistry/Nutrition and Engineering/Technology fields of protein and co-products, published in AOCS Press publications over the past year.

Eligibility

All papers related to protein and co-products published during the past year in AOCS Press publications are eligible for this award.

Eligible topics on non-lipid fractions include:

  • Extraction
  • Processing
  • Nutrition
  • Toxicology or biochemistry of animal and vegetable proteins, carbohydrates, industrial ingredients or natural products
